Sorry it has been so long since I’ve posted anything new. This summer hasn’t been too eventful. We did get to go to Elk City, Idaho for our family Reunion in July. It was so much fun to get together with my family. We mostly just laid around, played games and rode the 4-wheelers. This was the last time we would be together before Janelle and I had our babies.

I am now 18 weeks pregnant and my pants are getting a little snugger. I look like I just gained all the weight back that I had lost before becoming pregnant. At least, I get something out of this in January instead of just getting bigger because of my love for food. Anyways, the baby is now making me go to the bathroom like crazy and I was able to finally feel it move the other day. That was really neat to finally know what it feels like. On September 5th I get to have my ultrasound and hopefully find out the gender. I’ve looked up all the wives tales and tricks but nothing that is really conclusive has come up. I guess we will just have to wait.
I’ve also been able to add to our baby collection. I found a great crib on craigslist that was perfect. It normally sells for $160 brand new but I got it for $50. I’ve also been looking for a changing table. I decided to just get a dresser and use it as a changing table but I couldn’t find one I liked in our price range. I found a really cute changing table that will work as a dresser as well. I love it more than a dresser and I found it on clearance.

This last weekend our friends the Browns came to visit and have fun. We were able to go to Coeur d’Alene Lake and Spokane. We also played games and had Wii Mario Kart Races which I failed miserably at. It is much harder that it looks! On the last day we got together, we got a much needed home pedicure. Mandy put French tip nails on my toes and I feel so cute and feminine.
